All About Love

Privacy policy

Draft. We are finalizing the full privacy policy.

Who is responsible

Each organization is responsible for the photos and information from its own events. Enlight Unite LLC runs All About Love.camera for those organizations, and is responsible for support paid to the movement.

If the organization belongs to a network (for example a charity with several chapters), that network’s head office can also see everything the organization holds about its events, and, where the head office pays for the organization, manage it: photos; guests’ first names, and last names and email addresses where an earlier version of the app stored them; guests’ consents; promises and stories, including story photos and videos and any email address given with an earlier story; supporters’ names, amounts and any email address given; the names, email addresses and phone numbers of the organization’s PhotoFriends and team, and PhotoFriends’ service hours; invitation email addresses; the organization’s contact details, settings and payout status; its record of account activity; and results. This includes information from before the organization joined the network.

Guests

When you claim a photo, we keep your first name, the photo, and your promise. We do not ask for your email.

If you tell us about your act of kindness, we keep your story and any photo or video you add. The organization running the event reviews stories before any appear publicly.

Your photo appears on the event's campaign page only if you choose that.

If you add the Wallet card, it holds your first name, your act number, your promise and its deadline, the organization’s name and a link back to your photo. The card has an optional chat.

Organizers and volunteers

We keep your name, email, any phone number you add, the photos you take and any service hours you log. For volunteers, we also keep their confirmation that they are 18 or older. If you contact us through the “Talk to us” form, we keep your name, email, phone and message.

Supporters

When you give, we keep the amount, the first name you enter (if any), and whether you chose to be listed on the supporter wall. When you support the movement from the support page, we also keep the email you enter, if any. Guests giving from their photo page are never asked for an email by us.

Payments

Payments are processed by Stripe. We do not see or store your card details. For support to the movement, Stripe emails your receipt. For support to an organization, receipts come from that organization.

Services we use

Stripe (payments); Lovable Cloud (hosting and database); Lovable AI (Google Gemini by default; suggestions for reviewing stories, and campaign insights); OpenAI (the help assistant, and the certificate image for a completed act, which includes the guest’s first name); Sentry (error reports, with personal details removed where possible); Lovable email (messages to organizers and volunteers only; guests are never emailed); Cloudflare (runs the Wallet card service) and Apple or Google Wallet if you add the card; Anthropic (Claude runs the optional chat inside the Wallet card; with each reply it receives your new message, your earlier messages and the short notes the chat keeps, and once a month the past month’s chat to update those notes; it also receives the card’s details, such as your first name, act number, promise and its deadline, the organization, a link to your photo and the messages on your card). Videos linked in stories play from YouTube, Vimeo or TikTok. We do not use your information to train AI.

How long we keep it

Photos and stories stay with the campaign, including after it ends, as an archive. They are deleted when the organization deletes the photo, or asks us to delete the campaign or its account. A head office in charge of the organization (one that pays for it) can also delete photos, campaigns and the organization itself. If you chat with your Wallet card, we keep the conversation and short notes the chat makes about it until you ask us to delete your card. Deleting a photo does not delete the Wallet card or its chat.

Seeing or deleting your information

Ask the organization that ran the event, or its head office. You can also write to info@enlightunite.com and we will pass your request on. To delete your Wallet card and its chat, write to that address with your first name and act number (both are on the card); we delete it ourselves, because the organization can’t.
